You'd Better Believe It was a 21st century television game show hosted by a male of The Race named Donald (a foster son of Sam Yeager) and his human assistant, lovely Rita. In 2031, it was the highest-rated game show in the United States and Canada.
In this show, contestants were strapped to a hot seat, which would spin and give the contestant electric shocks and other unpleasant things while the contestant answered questions. Prizes included cash or an all-expense-paid trip to the Moon.
A recorded broadcast of You'd Better Believe It was presented to the American delegation of the Admiral Peary. They considered the game show itself to be very bizarre though they agreed Donald himself was at least very entertaining; the male members unashamedly ogled Rita, who wore a topless gown. Furthermore, the show demonstrated the social changes humanity had made in the decades since the delegation had left Earth.

You'd Better Believe It is somewhat based on The Chamber, a television game show that aired on FOX that debuted on January 13, 2002, which featured contestants answering questions while strapped into a torture chamber. The announcer who introduced Donald in a drawn-out manner is similar to Ed McMahon's catchphrase on the The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson.
