Yojo was one of the gods of Geekgeek's people. Geekgeek took an idol of Yojo with him when he took up harpooning, including during his stint aboard the Queepahd. Milvil approached Geekgeek for information about Captain Baja while Geekgeek was paying homage to Yojo with the flesh and blood of a dead rat.[1]
Literary comment[]
Yojo has the same name as the god which Queequeg worships in Moby-Dick.
