The Yachtsman was an apartment building in a not-too-desirable area of the San Fernando Valley. When Justin Kloster time traveled from 2018 to 1999, he rented a room there. Justin's younger self was then living at the Acapulco in a better part of town. The older Justin got in touch with his younger self for the purpose of taking his place and courting the fair Megan Tricoupis. To maintain the charade, the two Justins switched residences.
