Willie Peebles worked with Lt. Jason McNabb on the Los Angeles Police Department.[1] He was part of the group of cops that used the Depriver Jerry Daniels to strip away sexual desire from sex offenders.[2]
On what proved to be Daniels' last deprivation for the officers, Peebles was present when Daniels entered a hotel room. Later, on the Lieutenant's order, Peebles, Detective Carlos Contreras, and Sgt. Turner held down their most recent sex offender while Daniels deprived him of his sex drive.[3]
