Waskar was the Son of the Sun, or Emperor of Tawantiinsuuju, in the early 20th century. In 1913 he won a great victory in the latest round of wars with the Emirate of the dar al-Harb, obtaining significant new border territories for his Empire. He died sometime before 1941 and was succeeded by his son Maita Kapak.
