Wasf II was a planet known to the Survey Service. A minority Wasf culture, the Shadofa, was a matriarchy, similar to the cult of Sabium on Bilbeis IV. However, the Shadofa hadn't come up with any new inventions for two millennia, and only ruled part of a small island, where they were steadily losing ground. Furthermore, their goddess Acca was not a real being like Sabium was.[1]
