Vitor was the king of Lagoas[1] during the Derlavaian War.
At the outset of the war, Vitor tried to maintain his country's neutrality, trading with both sides of belligerents equally, under threat of embargo or even war.[2] However, when Algarve invaded Sibiu, Vitor declared war on Algarve[3] and its allies in short order.[4] He also gave shelter to King Penda of Forthweg, who'd escaped after Forthweg was overrun by Algarve and Unkerlant.[5] Later, King Donalitu of Jelgava also became Vitor's guest, after the Algarvians overran all of Jelgava.[6]
Vitor led Lagoas through the war. His government began working with Lagoas' neighbor and historical enemy, Kuusamo.[7]
