Ulaghan was a Mongol in Kaifeng who'd once been cursed by an eliye. He was able to lift the curse with the help of a shaman named Sulde. When the thrice-cursed Sa'id ibn Hawqal told Ulaghan's brother, Kisaga, about his own curse, Kisaga sent Sa'id to Sulde.[1]
