The Story of the Federated Commonwealths, written by the historian Ernest Simpson, is a history of English expansion into North America that eventually led to the birth of the Federated Commonwealths of America. Much of the book is devoted to the history of sims as observed by humans, and the effect that close proximity had on both species.
