The Technology Recovery Section was a unit of the Namerican Empire government responsible for sifting through pre-Burning ruins and libraries in search of any hints about how to recreate the pre-Burning techology. Established during the reign of King Burger of SoCal, the Section took its motto from a saying by King Bryon of Canoga: "Knowing it's possible is half the battle."
