Should Heinrich really be on this list (and have Yeagers as one of his categories)? Johannes Drucker idly speculates that he's a distant cousin of the Yeagers because their names are homonyms, but that's pretty indeterminate. A good idea might be to remove him and Ludmila from the list and add to the "other Yeagers" part: "At one point in Aftershocks, Johannes Drucker idly speculates that his old commanding officer Heinrich Jäger was a distant relative of the Yeagers (whose name is a homonym), but this possibility is never seriously explored."JonathanMarkoff (talk) 19:24, May 19, 2016 (UTC)
- Jäger actually remembers family that went to the US in the 19th Century. And HT himself said they are the same family in an on-line chat he did in the 1990s. So, yes, it's as clear as it can be. TR (talk) 20:29, May 19, 2016 (UTC)
I'm thinking maybe Jager, Ludmila, and their kin should get a subsection of this page. I'm satisfied that the distant relationship is there, but feel they should be cordoned off a bit.
As for the "unnamed ginger addicted mother," I think "Mickey and Donald's mother" would be a better name. Also, while I'm okay with having her on MFC, I think she does not belong here, as her maternal instincts and connection to her hatchlings are, typical of her entire culture, zero.
