So we're presuming the story is set in the 19th century after 1889? By default that's 1890s, unless it's 1900. But I get the idea that the story is set only a year or so after Jerome's novel, so we may as well presume it is set in 1890 (we might want to have an add-on on the story page explaining this). Just like the educated guess dates for Opening Atlantis and The United States of Atlantis. We have two deaths in 3M&V, plus one or two fictional characters from Southern Victory who are referenced as dying in the 1890s (Edna Semphroch's father, I believe), so an 1890s Deaths Fictional Work cat might now be feasible.JonathanMarkoff (talk) 00:46, December 21, 2017 (UTC)
