The other problem in the story is that the Jurchens inhabited Manchuria until the 17th century and fought wars with the Han Chinese. At least so says the Wikipedia. I recall Makk discussing this on either the BB or NB but don't recall it being reconciled. However, I could write the article solely based on the story and ignore OTL facts aside from an addition to the inconsistencies article. ML4E 04:12, 16 November 2007 (UTC)
