The Roundheads were a political faction but is it correct to categorize them as a "Paramilitary Organization"? They were an armed faction in a civil war but I wouldn't call them that. ML4E (talk) 20:18, February 19, 2016 (UTC)

We can say that that category refers to T2G Roundheads rather than the OTL Roundheads, as it doesn't differentiate between OTL and ATL.JonathanMarkoff (talk) 20:20, February 19, 2016 (UTC)

There are no T2G "Roundheads". There are some Sons of Liberty that adopt the look but they are still Sons not Roundheads. You may be confused by a comment in the Sons article which I just corrected. Some Sons cropped their hair short (no reference to "bowl cuts" in the novel) and called it the "Roundhead look" but they didn't call themselves "Roundheads". In OTL was a catch-all nickname for the Parliamentarians. It really doesn't denote a paramilitary entity. (Most were what we'd call "regular army".)
If the Sons didn't have these "Roundheads" as an actual group, then I agree, they shouldn't be paramilitary. TR (talk) 20:49, February 19, 2016 (UTC)

Further on the "Roundhead look", its probably an attempt by HT at a pseudo-Edwardian skinhead look. Gives it an AH feel while getting a OTL social class in the novel. ML4E (talk) 19:50, May 12, 2016 (UTC)

Plural[]

This should probably be depluralized, as with other recently discussed article titles.Matthew Babe Stevenson (talk) 20:04, 27 April 2023 (UTC)

Do we all agree? TR (talk) 20:10, 27 April 2023 (UTC)
I guess so, if only because it would be piss easy to add an s to the end of [[Roundhead]]. Turtle Fan (talk) 03:58, 28 April 2023 (UTC)
In theory but there aren't any examples of singulars that I can see. Go ahead or not. ML4E (talk) 15:36, 28 April 2023 (UTC)
