Not sure if this pic is appropriate since he dies at the age of 12 or so in the story. TR 17:40, 19 June 2007 (UTC)
All available pics are of him as an old fuck. I believe there's no help for it. There's precedent, though: the pic of Begin is well after his WW days, the pic of Gorbachev is after his Col days, and the pic of Thurmond is after his RE days, though once Turtledove publishes the next installment in TL-191 and shows Thurmond presiding over the CS while the Snake hides out in Rhodesia, that will be less of an issue. An old fuck pic is better than no pic. TR 20:59, 19 June 2007 (UTC)
I'm less bothered by too-old pics than I am by too-young pics like those of G Custer and O Clemens. Turtle Fan 22:26, 19 June 2007 (UTC)
Well, maybe one of our more artistically inclined colleagues could draw a nice old, fat, balding rendition of Custer. TR 23:04, 19 June 2007 (UTC)
For a while we had a painting of Liggett that looked so damned much like my mental image of Old Man Custer that I considered attaching it to Custer's article after finding a proper photo for it. Turtle Fan 05:09, 20 June 2007 (UTC)
Thank-you Mr. President. I wasn't sure what to do about this article. I also have "Homer" set up as a link. Should I? ML4E 02:00, 1 October 2007 (UTC)
Please do. TR 03:09, 1 October 2007 (UTC)

The "DiV" is more literary reference. Keep "TD". TR (talk) 22:30, September 5, 2016 (UTC)
- DiV reference does cover off the more far-fetched possibilities of the the murderer eventually leading to the correct solution of time-travelers but yes, that can be covered with a Lit. Ref. especially since it is to one of Plato's works that is significant. ML4E (talk) 17:03, September 6, 2016 (UTC)
