Not Minor Char. ML4E (talk) 18:35, October 1, 2017 (UTC)

I believe he gets two direct appearances and a number of references to significant roles he's played in earlier campaigns. And some characterization, even though it's just enough to be a clone of the real Beauregard. I could go either way. Turtle Fan (talk) 05:21, October 2, 2017 (UTC)
Peegeetee is referenced once in SP or maybe the early chapters of MTP, then is never mentioned again until he shows up at the end of A&R to tell Bell "I told you so." His scene lasts a few pages and he is a fairly colourful character, but when all is said and done it's a glorified cameo.JonathanMarkoff (talk) 08:29, October 2, 2017 (UTC)
Huh, less than I remember. The fact that I thought there was more suggests he makes a splash. Turtle Fan (talk) 02:00, October 3, 2017 (UTC)
Certainly my recollection is similar to Turtle Fan's. Granted, I skimmed the series rather than read them in detail when I found the books on the shelf of a library branch I rarely visit. ML4E (talk) 16:40, October 3, 2017 (UTC)
I recently reexamined it. He appears for 6 or 7 pages and is primarily an exposition mouthpiece. His career is summarised in a nutshell, but has very little relevance to the on-page action of the series.JonathanMarkoff (talk) 07:43, April 27, 2019 (UTC)

PGTB hist refs

There are scattered references in The Great War to PGTB's role in the War of Secession, see my blog. Not enough for an article, but they might allow of PGTB hist ref entry because he was standing at ground zero for butterflies in 191.Matthew Babe Stevenson (talk) 09:14, March 13, 2020 (UTC)

Fine by me. Turtle Fan (talk) 14:21, March 13, 2020 (UTC)
Have previously read, don't want, not happening IMHO. This is why Hist Ref is locked. ML4E (talk) 21:27, March 13, 2020 (UTC)
