You really don't need footnotes for self-evident things like "Kuusamo is a Finnish town" and "Kuusamo stands in for the U.S." at this wiki. It may be encouraged at Wikipedia proper, but for our purposes, anyone who has read the books and can rub two brain cells together is probably going to get the reference, and it doesn't need to be cited.
