Wondering if we should reformat this to make it more Videssos-centric. While the title "Khagan" is a borrow from OTL, it's structure in Videssos is just different enough that I don't think we can say there is a one to one correspondence.
I suggest we re-title this "Khagan (Videssos)" or something like that and delete the OTL section. Further, I also suggest we move those various Khagan's on the Minor Characters page here under a "Known Khagans" section. TR (talk) 15:43, April 3, 2018 (UTC)
