Turtledove

"The Goddess is the chief deity of the religion of the Two Prophets. However, in theological importance she ranks a distant third behind both prophets in both the Eliphaletite and Zibeonite strains of that religion. We assume that she was responsible for providing the prophets with the prophecies on which they based their religion; however, we cannot be sure even of that much. The only thing we can say with certainty about her is that she was the wife of a monogamist."

I think the above will need paring down. Alot of it seems to be speculation unsupported by the text, and also violates the in-universe format.Matthew Babe Stevenson (talk) 06:19, 28 December 2021 (UTC)

You're right of course. The rules were different when I wrote this, or at least looser. Turtle Fan (talk) 01:58, 4 January 2022 (UTC)
I found an in-universe remark about the Goddess, which anchors the article for now. I've dumped the rest in a temporary lit com, and will see if the book actually says anything about a holy consort or anything else relevant. My hope is that the lit com can be phased out entirely.Matthew Babe Stevenson (talk) 02:34, 20 October 2022 (UTC)
It looks good. I'm quite certain there's nothing about her husband, except that he was monogamous. I look forward to seeing the Lit Com go. Turtle Fan (talk) 05:37, 20 October 2022 (UTC)
