| − | I did a little checking and found that the first Canadian Citizenship Act was passed in 1947, past the POD in the series. Prior to this Act, People were British Subjects with no immigration restrictions in moving between the Dominion and the British Isles. Given the timing in OTL, and the Fascistification of Britain, I expect something similar would happen in the Lizard TL after the peace treaty.
