T'Kai City was the capital of the T'Kai confederacy. The crew of the Flying Festoon went there to trade for valuables with Prince K'Sed, when a new round of fighting with the M'Sak barbarians broke out. The Festoon crew found themselves deputized as soldiers for the duration, and were able to turn away the M'Sak horde so that it never reached the gates of T'Kai City.
