Setubal was the capital city of Lagoas. It was also the world's largest city and was located on the world's largest power point.
Despite its proximity to Algarvian-occupied Valmiera during the Derlavaian War, Setubal was (unlike the Kuusaman capital of Yliharma) never attacked. The Algarvians once sent a caravan of Forthwegian Kaunians into Valmiera in the hopes of using "Special Magecraft" against Setubal, but these plans were aborted when the Valmieran resistance destroyed the caravan.
