Savannah is the largest city in, and the county seat of, Chatham County, Georgia. Savannah was established in 1733 and was the first colonial and state capital of Georgia.

Savannah in Southern Victory[]

Early in the Second Great War, Scipio traveled to Savannah on a mysterious errand for Jerry Dover. He never learned that Dover was paying off a woman named Melanie Leigh, whom Dover had had an affair with years prior.

After Atlanta fell to the United States in 1944, U.S. General Irving Morrell continued to drive southeast toward Savannah and the Atlantic Ocean in order to cut the Confederacy in half.[1] As he reached the outskirts, the C.S Army began to evacuate its troops via the ocean. Several divisions were saved.[2] Morrell turned his attention to Alabama after Savannah fell.
