Sassin was a Liskash nobleman. He was one of many who styled themselves as "gods" due to their potent psychic powers. Like most of his kind, he was contemptuous of the Mrem and regarded them as mere vermin. Rantan Taggah, talonmaster of the Clan of the Claw, was well aware of Sassin's cruelty.
