Rocky and Bullwinkle were bloodhound dogs serving the army of The Valley. They tracked the fugitive Luke to the Mendozas' house,[1] and then hunted for the Mendozas in vain following the family's mysterious escape.[2] When Liz Mendoza heard the dogs' names, her instinctive reaction was "They aren't dogs!"[3]
