Pierre Bochy was an anthropologist from the Federacy Survey Service. In 2688 FSY, Bochy was chosen to join the Hanno expedition to Bilbeis IV. Understandably, he found the concept of Sabium, the immortal queen-goddess of an indigenous culture, somewhat hard to believe. His personality frequently clashed with that of Noninterference Foundation member Justin Olmstead.[1]
