Peterpaulandia was a province of Detina. It was located just south of Parthenia Province, with the royal capital Georgetown sandwiched in between them. At the start of the Detinan Civil War, a number of Peterpaulandians attempted to sway the province to join Grand Duke Geoffrey's movement to set up a separate kingdom in the north. This would have isolated Georgetown from all loyal provinces, potentially crippling the united kingdom. King Avram took drastic measures to keep Peterpaulandia in the kingdom, and Georgetown was saved.
Literary comment[]
Peterpaulandia is based on Maryland, with the name being a reference to the American folk singing group "Peter, Paul, and Mary."
