The Olympic Village on Mimas, a moon of Saturn, was a large complex that had broadcast studios and lounges in addition to residences for the athletes and support staff. It contained many safeguards against vacuum. The door to each suite was air tight and a bulkhead in its own right. In addition, corridors were broken up with pressure doors and had niches containing emergency space suits in case of air loss.

Because of the low gravity, travel in the corridors was brachiating via rings set in the ceiling. The gravity was too weak to allow walking or gliding to be an efficient mode of travel but significant enough that free-fall techniques would not work. The complex was connected to the sports facilities by a monorail shuttle.
