Neelam Sanjiva Reddy was a lieutenant in the Loki Salvage Service. When the conflict with the Zanat was heating up, Commander B'kila first sent Josip Bros to recruit Scout Erasmus Chang back into action, and then Reddy on the same assignment. Reddy was less gullible than Bros, and swiftly accomplished this task.
