Markaf vez Putun was a strongbrow from the Hereditary Tyranny of Tartesh. He was a solid member of the lower aristocracy.[1]
Vez Putun was in the process of negotiating a bride price for his daughter Wello zev Putun with Radnal vez Krobir. The negotiations were going slowly because vez Putun was asking for much more than vez Krobir was willing to pay.[2]
After his role in saving the Bottomlands from destruction, Radnal vez Krobir found himself much more drawn to Toglo zev Pamdal.[3]
