Loto[1] was a Cro-Magnon woman who was abducted from Earth by Foitani scientists, c. 25,000 BC, along with her mate Nangar. Nangar and Loto's DNA was recorded, so that when the originals died, direct clones could be given life over and over again, in a theoretically endless cycle of victimization as a test subject at the hands of their captors.
The Suicide Wars brought the Cro-Magnons relief, as all beings at the fortress where Nangar and Loto were held, went into emergency hibernation. Sometime shortly before the year AD 3000, they were awakened.
