Linda de la Rosa and her husband Tom were part of the American embassy aboard the Admiral Peary that arrived on Home in 2031.
When the Commodore Perry arrived on Home, its commander Lieutenant General Chesneau wanted to leave Sam Yeager on the planet due to his infamy in America. Linda joined the boycott which convinced Chesneau to relent.
