Karlsburg is a city in Palmetto Province. It was here that the Detinan Civil War began when "King" Geoffrey's army, commanded by Marquis Peegeetee of Goodlook, attacked Sumptuous Castle in Karlsburg Harbor. Near the end of the war, when General Hesmucet marched through Palmetto, he bypassed the city, a great insult to the northern soldiers remaining in the field.
