Josip Bros was a lieutenant in the Loki Salvage Service. When the conflict with the Zanat was heating up, Commander B'kila sent Bros to recruit Scout Erasmus Chang back into action. Bros had not seen a picture of Chang, and was easily deceived when Chang told him he was looking for an older man, directing Bros to the lobby.
