Iosef Trofimovich Mladenov was a Russian Nationlist supporter when he was arrested and deported to Haven's Tallinn Valley around 2090. He was one of the main leaders of the Russians when they came close to war against the previous Estonian inhabitants of the valley. In part, due to the threat of Tatar clans subjugating both peoples he reached an uneasy peace with the Estonian leaders.
