Interstellar Master Traders was the company Dave Markarian established in the 2020s, shortly after Earth's first contact with the Brot. Under the guidance of a Brot dubbed "Old Salty", Markarian built IMT into a very successful business, manufacturing items for the Brot and selling Brot items to other human buyers. IMT's headquarters was in Fresno. A yellow-brick pathway led from the parking lot to the building's entrance (so those who understood would smile).[1]
