"Interlibrary Loan" is a short story by Harry Turtledove, published in Tales from the Miskatonic University Library, edited by Darrell Schweitzer and John Ashmead, February, 2017. As the title implies, the collection focuses on stories set in or around the library of H.P. Lovecraft's fictional Miskatonic University. Turtledove's contribution is set in the present day (2017), and focuses on the efforts of Hafez ibn Abd-al-Rahim to obtain the library's copy of the Necronomicon on behalf of ISIS, with dire consequences for the Islamic State and the Syrian city of Raqqa.
