The INJ I-25 was a B1-Type-class submarine of the Imperial Japanese Navy that served in World War II and took part in the attack on Pearl Harbor, and carried out The Lookout Air Raid and the Bombardment of Fort Stevens. She was also capable of carrying a two-seater Yokosuka E14Y reconnaissance floatplane, known to the Allied Forces as "Glen". It was disassembled and stowed in the front of the conning tower.

The I-25 was used by Commander Mitsuo Fuchida as a refueling sub on the way to and from his raid on San Francisco in the spring of 1942.
