Comrade Horton Wilder replaced Emmett Muldberg as the manager of a warehouse in Studio City, West Coast People's Democratic Republic. He was a Party hardliner, and was placed there by the party in an effort to punish worker Charlie Simpkins and his co-workers.[1]
