Hayek was a city in Dothan Province, Detina. An important industrial base for the northern rebels during the Detinan Civil War, Hayek was sacked and burned by southron forces toward the end of the war.[1]
Literary comment[]
Hayek is based on Selma, Alabama. The fictional name is a reference to Mexican-American film actress Salma Hayek (b. 1966).
