Gary Ogarkov was a Los Angeles attorney with the firm of Rosenthal, Gallagher, Kaplan, Jeter, Gonzalez, & Feng. Blond and perpetually boyish despite being nearly 34 years old, he was still carded in bars. He tried to imitate Perry Mason when he spoke in public, but came off sounding as if he had eaten helium. He was also fond of smoking big, smelly cigars - an activity which required him to step outside the smoke-free office building.[1]
