In the novel The Two Georges, the frontispiece map shows Franco-Spanish Africa, consisting of slightly more than half of Africa, as being under the control of the Holy Alliance. No subdivisions of this empire are marked, it is treated as a monolith. This megacolony is not referenced in the novel itself, so no attempt has been made to write an in-universe description.

Some of these nations were established cultural regions at the point of divergence, which seems to be 1763. The vast majority were created in OTL in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, so it is impossible, without speculation, to determine what names they bear in the Georges timeline.
