The fourteenth count of Sirmion ascended to the title at age six, after his father Manes attempted to end the Sirmion family tradition in which the count was always killed by a vampire.[1] After Manes fell to the same vampire that had killed his father, Constans, the six-year old fourteenth count knew what to expect.[2]
