According to the 1995 Federal Law "On the Federal Security Service", the Director of the FSB is appointed by and directly answerable to, the president of Russia.
FSB in "The Breaking of Nations"[]
The FSB was crucial to the Trump-Pence regime's continued power. By interfering in the U.S. presidential elections held in 2016, 2020, 2024, and 2028, the FBS made sure that the U.S. government was effectively a wholly owned subsidiary of the Russian Federation.[1]
