The Republic of Cyprus is an island country in the Eastern Mediterranean Sea. It is the third largest and third most populous island in the Mediterranean, and a member state of the European Union. The island has been part of (among others) the Egyptian, Persian, Roman, Arabic, and British Empires before being recognized as independent in 1960.
After the discovery that God was real, previously lukewarm JewsEric Katz and Orly Binur flew to Cyprus to have a quick civil marriage ceremony, before returning to Israel for the religious ceremony.[1]
