Coulee City is a town in Grant County, Washington. The population was 562 at the 2010 census.

In 1934, Coulee City was a company town for the engineers and wizards working on Coulee Dam. It was only a mile from Mason City, and the people of Coulee City were as enthusiastic fans of the Mason City Beavers as the people of Mason City were.[1]
