The Clever Rolf stories is an informal name given to a series of fantasy stories Harry Turtledove has written intermittently over a period of nearly forty years. The stories feature protagonist Clever Rolf, a fairly amoral accountant who by skill and luck defeats various adversaries and solves insurmountable problems.
The first story, "Blue Fox and Werewolf" (1983) was published under Turtledove's pseudonym Eric Iverson. The second and third stories, "Mebodes' Fly" (1992) and "The Talking Cat" (2020) were published under Turtledove's own name. None of the stories have been collected, and only "Mebodes' Fly" has ever been reprinted.
It is possible that "Honeymouth" (1990) takes place in the same universe. The second Rolf story briefly alludes to Iveria, the feudal state which is the prime setting of "Honeymouth".
