The Plain Dealer is the major daily newspaper of Cleveland, Ohio. Founded in 1842, the Plain Dealer has the largest circulation of any Ohio newspaper.

Cleveland Plain Dealer in "News From the Front"[]

On May 29, 1942, the Cleveland Plain Dealer reported on anti-Roosevelt demonstrations in downtown Cleveland. It also reported that the pro-Roosevelt supporters, although outnumbered, had come armed.[1]
