The City of Elabon started out as a farming village, about 1000 years before the life of Gerin the Fox. Sithonian traders crossed the Great Inner Sea and taught the Elabonians some of their culture. Elabon began asserting dominance over peoples to the west, then crossed the Great Inner Sea and dominated Sithonian colonies. It became the capital of the Elabonian League, and later the Elabonian Empire.
