Forgive the authoritarian move, but as I was going through the Defied People category, I realized that the only monarchs of Egypt we had were ancient pharaohs, so simply moving the "Monarchs of Egypt" to "Pharaohs of Egypt" made the most sense. If HT gets into the nitty-gritty of Farouk's reign, etc., we'll restore the more generic category.
